How long is each treatment?
The handheld controller has 5, 10 or 15 minute timer settings. Start with 5-10 minutes and build up to 15 minutes as your skin gets used to it.

How often should I use it and when will I see results?
Use the mask 3-5 times per week for best results. LED works gradually, so consistency matters - most people notice a difference in their skin after 4-6 weeks of regular use.
